SHIPPING

Your order can be picked up at our office in Vallejo, CA, or we can ship it anywhere in the USA. Orders are shipped overnight via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Shipping and handling charges are based on weight and destination and will be
added to your order.

TURNAROUND

Standard production is 5 working days, plus delivery time. The total turnaround
time will depend on how quickly ALL information and photos are submitted and how quickly you approve your proof. If you need your
order sooner, rush production is available at an additional cost.

PAYMENT

Legacy will take the utmost care for the prints and images you provide for use in your program. Legacy shall assume no liability for lost or damaged pictures or property while in possession of the company or its agents. The maximum extent of any liability for any reason related to your project is a refund of a portion of or all monies paid.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, thoroughness, or quality of the information you provide. Legacy shall not be held responsible for errors or omissions after final proof approval. An email confirmation of approval is required before production begins.
